How the day runs
Friendly crew, no surprises
The crew arrives knowing your move — what is fragile, where the awkward pieces are, any access notes we took. Loading follows an order that makes the unload sensible, so what you need first comes off last. At the new place, boxes go to the rooms they belong in and the furniture is placed, ready for you to breathe out and put the kettle on.
On the quote, we work it out from the size of the move, the distance, and the access at both ends. No fixed menu prices, because no two homes are the same. A written quote follows by email once we have looked at it, with everything set out so you know exactly what is covered.

Home removals — the practical bits
Do you move at weekends?
Yes. Weekend and holiday dates get busy, so the earlier you can pin a day the better — but ask us either way and we will tell you honestly what is open.
Can you do just the lifting if we pack ourselves?
Of course. Plenty of people box their own things and book us for the load, the drive and the unload. We will still wrap the furniture and anything fragile you would rather we handled.
What if it is a smaller home or a flat?
A flat or one-bed is often better suited to our crewed man-and-van than a full lorry. Describe what is going and we will point you to the right option.
Can you move us long-distance?
Yes — moving to the other end of the country is one of the things we do best. One crew takes it door to door, loaded once and delivered by the same hands.
